(FILLED) Compassionate and Organized Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant Needed for Sweet Family in Webster, NY!

Schedule: Schedule will be 3-4 days per week depending on schedule and availability with daily hours of 6:15am-4:15pm.
Compensation: $20-28/hour

A kind and thoughtful family in Webster, NY is seeking a nurturing, experienced nanny and family assistant to care for their two young boys, ages 3 years and 10 months. The position is part-time, three full days per week, with a rotating schedule:
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday one week and Monday/Wednesday/Thursday the next.
This family is looking for a patient and proactive caregiver who brings warmth and calm energy to their home. Their boys are playful, curious, and sweet, and thrive in a safe, structured environment with opportunities to explore, play outside, and learn through experience. The ideal candidate will feel confident balancing the needs of an infant and toddler, with a strong understanding of age-appropriate routines, developmental stages, and gentle discipline. Familiarity with infant care—including safe sleep, bottle feeding, and developmental milestones—is essential
Responsibilities will include typical child-related duties such as planning and supervising engaging activities, preparing meals and bottles, managing nap schedules, and handling preschool drop-off/pickup for the older child. Outings to local parks, libraries, or kid-friendly spots are encouraged and appreciated. The family limits screen time and values outdoor play, respectful communication, and nurturing independence.
In addition to childcare, the family would love support with light household tasks including family laundry, simple meal prep, and tidying shared spaces. They’re seeking someone who is reliable, communicative, and interested in a long-term role where they can grow with the family over time.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional childcare experience
CPR/First aid certified
Safe and reliable vehicle
Up-to-date on TDap/Flu vaccines
Covid vaccination preferred
Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the family
